White/Clear poop....need help identifying (picture included)

My fish has white/Clear poop....this is the first I've seen of it....I'm trying to stop it before it gets out of hand...not sure if it's hex or worm....I have a yellow powder medicine I believe is Clear dewormer....that came with the fish....if it's hex I'll use epsom salt....please help with treatment and identification...

FYI - I blew up your pic, looks the the early signs of spironucleus (hex) to me.

Too bad about your new FH. Who sold you a sick fish? It came with medication? Why couldn't the seller treat it before sending it to you? Something isn't right.
