White/Clear Stuff growing on driftwood?

I put some driftwood in my tank. It started growing this clearish algea looking stuff on it. What is it? Is it harmfull to fish? Will it eventualy disappear?

I have seen it before, no idea what it is. I know. that was a complete waste of a post, but I can't say it did any harm when I had it in my tank and it cleaned off easily. Hopefully someone helpful can chime in here

Mold. Not harmfull in my experience.

i seen this too and asked a very experience fish guy about it, he said not to worry...i can't remember what he called it but it has a short life cycle, does not hurt the fish and disappears after a while.. usually doesn't come back
