White cloud eggs?

ok, in my 55 gallon tank i have a bunch of white clouds and about 3 zebra dianos, all of which are around 1/2 inch. I noticed blobs of small spheres on the glass and on the logs. the smaller white clouds changed to a red tint. i was wondering if they're eggs or snail eggs
