not sure what this is but when i got home today a lot of the bottom of my 55g tank was covered with white looking cob webs. the fish dont seem to be bothered but i was just wondering if anyone knew what this is?

sounds like it might be over feeding, my 12 gal used to get stuff like that until i quit feeding as much. not sure if directly related though

Yeah sounds like too much food that eventually sits at the bottom and turns into "cobwebs". Feed less or get more fish?
