Anyone have an idea what this cottony white spot is? When I first got the fish he had what appeared to be a torn scale in this same place (he'd been beaten up pretty badly in the LFS). The scale/whatever fell off while he was in quarantine. This new spot appeared since yesterday. I'm guessing quarantine is again in order, just wondering how to treat. No other fish in the aquarium (90 gallon) have any issues. The last water change was 5 days ago. Parameters are: ammonia and nitrite 0, nitrate 5 ppm.
