White dot on eyes of fish

Hi all. I know I've seen some similar posts about this topic, but I just want to make sure to show some of the experts on this forum a pic in case it's more serious. As you'll see on the eye it has a white dot and on the catfish his fins are frayed and head has some white stuff on it. What do you think this is and what to do you think I should do about it? I just did a 50% water change the ph is 6.5 and it's a 180 gallon tank.

Cloudy eyes. What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite and nitrate)? What are your KH and GH? How often do you change the water? Your water is slightly acidic for all those fish.

The ammonia and nitrates are both 0. Gh is 20. PH is 7.4 and I don't know what the KH is. Water changes could be better. I just changed it 2 days ago.
