I removed my baby long fin pleco...

so...

what are these white dots on the shell?

I changed my water everyday too

Are you talking about the large white spots along the edge of the shell on both sides? Those are normal:

I am not sure what it is but if you suspect fungus you could increase the salinity a bit.

They will get white sloughing spots when they are shedding but the spots you circled on my photo is just artifacts of the photo/lighting, it didn't have anything on it actually. Its hard to tell in your photo but it doesn't look like anything to me. You can always increase the salinity slightly if you are worried it could be a fungus.
