Looks fine other than being a bit skinny. Is the tail damaged ? If so is it healed properly ?
Either way I would feed it some chopped worms and try fatten it up that way. When its eating better it will get some colour back.

Feed chopped worms in the morning and evening. How old is this set up? Keep an eye on the water parameters.

2 worms a day is way under feeding even for a small ray my group of 4 can demolish 50+ a day u can feed them till they r visibly bloated........probably basically malnutrition
