White, Flat Parasite??

I have a channa micro and i recently notice there are many small, white, round and flat "insect - like" on my micro. Some of them are sucked on my glass of the tank.
Are them harmful to my micro?

Can anyone please help me to identify it?

It's probably a planaria. These are small worms that are in your tank when you have excess food. Completely harmless. A bit of an eyesore though.

Give your tank a clean and don't feed your fish as much, I find planaria to be in most of my tanks in some level, but if you overfeed you'll end up with a lot of them.
