Sorry to hear about the outbreak in your aquarium. Has anymore fish been observed with fungus on them? If not I personally would just do water changes faithfully. Your aquarium will go through cycling again due to the API fungus cure.

Yeah, unfortunately some of them do have a thin white layer on their eye area. Good to know that the fungus cure will cause my cycle to restart though. That at least explains some of the elevated levels I'm seeing.

Just do water changes to keep the ammonia and nitrite from spiking to lethal levels.
