White ghost shrimp?

I purchased 6 ghost shrimp for one of my aquariums, they're only tank mates are eachother and 3 guppies. Lately some have been turning white and then they die in the middle of my tank. 3 died and one more is now white. What should I do?

Once they turn white they're dead... Whats the parameters in your tank like? Any tank mates etc?
