hey i have white fine gravel and its starting to turn at dirty colour i do weekly changes and everything so just wondering what is there to do to get it back to its bright white ?

It's turning "dirty" color because the white paint is wearing off and exposing the colored stone beneath. Not much you can do, I'm afraid. If you really want a light-colored substrate, there are many near-white sands, as well as crushed coral or marble chips if you don't mind the pH/hardness boost.
