White growth and lesion, Red Bellied Piranha

I noticed on of my Reds had a lesion on its side the other day, I waited a day and now there is this white growth on the head, I’ve raised the temp, introduced salts and starting larger water changes, I am unable to diagnose what issue the piranha is experiencing, it is still eating and swimming as the others are with no change in color. Can anyone help me?

I wouldn't raise the temps since this allows flexibacter columnaris to flourish more readily. Salt and water changes are fine for now. Figure out where you can purchase Seachem Kanaplex in case it doesn't get batter in a few days.
