White growth near Anal fin for Neon Acara

Hi All,

Am posting photos of my Neon acara who has some whitish growth near his anal fin, am not sure as to what it is. The fish seems to be pretty normal otherwise Is eating properly.

Looks more like your EBA is a she... to me that looks like a females " parts"
