the pic isnt great but the fish is small and constantly moving. the largest spot is on the dorsal fin, but there is at least one white spot on every fine. the white spot that looks like it is on his body is actually a couple growths on his pectoral fin. tank temp is 78, filtered by diy sump and hydro 5 sponge. .5 nitrates 0 nitrite and 0 ammonia. never dealt with anything except ich and internal parasites before. any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to "throw" meds at the wall until something sticks.
