white hairs on bogwood?

i rember seeing a thread on this, but i couldnt find it now if i tried.

but anyways, white hairlike fungus?

any thoughts?

Yeah I had that on my driftwood also,it went away after about 2 weeks or so.Didn't seem to harm anything and my lfs said it was probably caused by left over protiens or organics(little critters).

I got that at ine of the wood when I started the tank. And as I3u11he4d says, it was gone by a week or two. It is nothing to worry about. I actually think some of the algae eaters ate it.
