maybe its gold. when I bought it in petshop the name was albino Jack Dempsey.

Nope. You may get a few with standard jack dempsey coloration though.

Albino is always a recessive and only effects melanin pigment. So breeding two albinos together will always give 100% albino. Lutein pigment is not effected, ie, red, orange, yellow.
