There's a white mark on the upper part of my tank... It seems where the water is getting dried... how can I get rid of that?

When that happens to me I just use an eco-friendly glass cleaner and a razorblade. Seems to work out great.
is it outside the tank? if it is outside the tank, tank a sponge and soak it with vinegar and try scrubbing it off. just make sure you don't get vinegar in the tank as this will throw off the ph
