hey everyone
I'm purchasing a new tank tomorrow either 72*18*24 (134 gallons) or 72*20*24 (150 gallons). I'm keen to get a few fish (big enough so the moray doesn't eat it :naughty:). I've got a Whitemouth moray (Turkey moray) supplier :D. I also wouldn't mind a Volitan Lionfish and a few other companions. The tank is getting filled with live rock and also getting a BIG protien skimmer

Companion sugesstions for either tank??????

not really knowledgable on salt water, but lion fish are definately a beautiful addition. you should post a pic of your eel... please

Lions are nice looking but not as hardy as advertised. But, do make great companions to eels unless it tries to harass it, they the eel will get stung. Tangs, surgeon fish, groupers, Clowns (Single females), damsels; all make great tank mates for eels, as well as other types of eels. Zebra eels, dragon eels, snowflake, etc. etc.

Key here just make sure it's not easy to catch or too small and it should be fine.
