White poop disease flowerhorn

My flowerhorn is ailing with white poop disease
I gave him with oceanfree para clear but there was no sign of cure
So i gave him metronidazole with a syringe
Now there is a something like a tube hanging from his anus STILL HE DOESNT EAT
Please help me as soon as possible

Looks like a prolapse. Would feed and soak food in Epsom salt solution. Cont with metro.

Im adding 400 mg of metronidazole every day after day
Is levamisole better than metro?
He is not eating yet
May i feed him with a syringe
