white poop? I need help.

I bought this oscar and did the QT tank for a week, and he was fine. I put him in with the rest of my fish, and he was fine... for another week. Now he is listless and not eating. It started last night. There is this nasty white poop or worm coming out of him. Ideas?

I not sure about the poop, maybe a tapeworm. Looks as if he also has ich.
 
I have just finished reading an article on the relation between Hole in the Head & the Hexamita. It said the first sign of Hexamita is usually that the faeces become whitish and slimy, might do to check out some info on it. Fish also stop eating & get darker in colour then lose weight.

I haven't touched the poop to feel the slimy texture, but I bet it is slimy. The oscar is dark, listless and doesn't seem to want to eat. There could be something to what you say. Is there a Dr. in the house? :cry: I just bought the Prazipro and added it to the tank this morning. I hope I didn't just waste $15. :irked:
 
Did it break off or go back in? Could also be a prolapsed rectum. I don't believe that is a recoverable injury if it is.
