white rash on my lung?

hey y'all- my lungfish has recently developed a white rash of some sort that is sort of spotty...not sure what it is or what to do...any help would be cool

here's the best pic i can get. sorry i'm no photographer.. i have added some salt to his water. it started with just two spots which grew and now there are several other small spots around it which are new.
 
definitely an infection of some sort the way it is spreading. i would bump the temp of the water to 82F and change 50% of the water 3x a week for the next 2 weeks or longer until it goes away. salt/heat/water changes are generally all that are needed to get lungfishes to heal up/overcome infections of this nature. good luck and keep us posted--

just an update to say that his rash is pretty much gone now. it got worse for a few days as the smaller spots filled out but no new ones have grown and the ones he already had are gone now....woohoo!
