Can anyone who keeps one or knows about them help me here? I can't find anything on the internet. A lot of importers/LFS are selling these right now.

I assume care would be similar, if not the same as black rhom? I mostly want to just see videos or pictures of them.

it's the same. Serrasalmus Rhombeus. Some might look washed out/white, some might look gray, some might look black... all rhoms.
