Prefer the cutteri to be 3" or bigger and about 50-70 lbs of white sand. Im in 90020 so the nearer the better.

You could buy this and also another 24 lbs bag to = 72lbs @ $85. I bought the same thing and my cichlids love it. This stuff is pure white so it meets your need there, I just don't know what kind of budget you're looking at. Hope that helps.
