Sebae's aren't the best anemones to start with as they have a greater demand for light and you target feeding it than most others. Silverside chunk once a week and as it's name suggests it's placement in the sand - this means sand not aragonite.

when you say 'argonite' i presume you mean ocean rock..? it is on a flat rock in my tank as thats how it was at the lfs. should i remove it from the rock and bed into the substrate (sand)? or will it move itself?
