white saum sexing

hey guys i got my white saum about 2 weeks ago its about 2.5 inches just wondering if anyone can tell the sex yet

Darker color and wider body no sign of KOK (nuckle hump on head). I'd say you got a female but it may just be too soon to tell any tank mates, how long have you had it in your tank? as these can be factors that are clouding the sex at the moment. Make a search as to how to vent your fish as it's the only sure way to determine.

hey only tank mate is a gold spotted pleco and the fish has been in my tank for just over 2 weeks

Well a placo wouldn't stress it out very much and 2 weeks seems long enough for it to have setteled In to the point where it would brighten up a bit so... best bet would be female but it will be easiest to tell at or around the 4 inch mark good luck and nice specimen you got their. Im not as lucky as to have white saum in my area so I got a pair of golds m&fm they can be great fish to keep just watch out they can be nasty once they reach a substantial size

i think its male both fins are pointed and females dont have this much color at this size...
