As the title says, my servum has a white spot above his eye, almost looks like a pimple I guess you could say. Its protuding out from under the eye lid. It is growing slowly. Been adding some aquarium salt with every water change. Water temp is 83, paramaters are perfect, its not on any other fish, he is swimming freely and eating normally. What could it be, here are some pics.

I wish I could help with an answer. Just make sure it is not a worm.

How do I make sure its not a worm?

Most eye problems in fish are bacterial in nature or caused by an injury. From the pics it looks bacterial.

I dont know why it would be bacterial, all the other fish are in great health and the water is cyrstal clear, perfect paramaters, and he is eating and swimming healthy. Injury, maybe he scrapped it on a peice of wood in the tank?

PLEASE HELP GUYS!!

Just keep doing large water changes regularly to keep the nitrates and dissolved organics down and it should heal up. Adding 2 tbs of salt per 10 gallons could not hurt either.
