White spot (ich?) on Figure 8's

Hi i have Four Puffer fish in a 30 Gallon tank (will upgrade when they mature) and two have developed white spot on their fins. I have treated this til they are better then it comes back again. They all seem calm with no stress.

GH 6
NO2 0
NO3 25-50

Weekly Changes of 30 %

Had them about two weeks and they are around 1 1/2 inches long being fed on bloodworm and Muscles in and out of shell. I have not yet adjusted to brakish as the lfs said to do this when their bellies darken.

Hi, sent an email but just in case... i am using Melafix as they are new to the tank and Interpet Anit White Spot. Thank you so much for your help! You've almost certainly saved my Puffers lives! I think my lfs is closed on Sundays but will pop in first thing Monday morning to start adding marine salt. Will also be making 50% water changes weekly from now on. They are great little puffs to watch and would be a great shame if I lost them to white spot. Will keep you posted after the Marine Salt starts.
