Hi guys, just turned on the lights of my fish tank and noticed a white translucent layer-like thingy in 1 of my sen's eye. Is that a sign of cloudy eye? Or was that some injury the bichir inflicted on itself.

I'm not sure if feeder fishes has anything to do with it, but I emptied my first bag of feeder fishes to the tank last Saturday. Their usual diet were ghost shrimps and/or Hikari Carnivore pellets.

Thank you.

First. I would remove that rock in the pic, those edges whether or not its sharp could still injure your bichir. I have a sen that smash him self onto a piece of rock I put in the tank before. Till now he has a permanent broken lip which cannot be cured.
Second, just keep doing a regular water change and add salt if you notice injury on your sen. Remember to use stock water or else use dechlorinator. And check the PH level in your water.
If the injury is not serious, then it should heal it self pretty quick, within a couple days.
