White spot,not ich

How do I get rid of this:

No2-0 (sera test No2)
N03<0.5mg/l (sera test No3)
Temperture : 27C

The white spot on the face is hex, treat with metro. The spots on the fins are non pathogenic.

Already done treatment with metronidazol, not working. The spot on the fins on the back may not be pathogenic ,but the rest of them appeared now.Other fish got one, maybe two spot on the fins,white, granular.

Did you soak food in metro and feed or just treat the water?

I tried nls hex shield which is a medicated food and that worked pretty well for me in a similar situation
