Just noticed today, my Sultan Pleco has a white spot near his left eye. Is it a scratch/scrape, a burn? Disease? What can I do to help the little guy. Photo below...

Ok... I'm retarded. Seriously though, I've started him on algae wafers I drop in about an hour after lights out and every now and again I'll check on them with a flash light. My king tiger LOVES them, and sometimes I'll see the Sultan on one of them. Anything else you suggest feeding? Should I drop in a strip of zuchinni or cucumber?

Ditch the algae wafers, for the sultan, try zucchini and market shrimp to put weight on him. I would also add some melafix and pimafix.
Patch is still there. And I think the King Tiger I added brought some sweet Ich with him. Dammit! I think I'm gonna start on the Melafix and Pimafix today. My Gold Nugget is looking a bit splotchy (could just be because the lights just came on) and I don't want my new Royal to get sick too.
Melafix and Pimafix ok to use with Ich medicine? The meds are for sensitive fish and appears to be mostly Formaldehyde. Treatment every 3 days for 3 treatments then a water change. Any problems there and then also starting a Melafix/Pimafix treatment as well?

Sucks. I lost this guy tonight as well as my little gold nugget. I've added Melafix ans Pimafix, salt and some ich meds. I've added an airline tube to my powerhead... all the fish are hanging out near the top. My LFS had another Sultan and Gold Nugget. Once everyone is treated and better I will grab them this week hopefully.

Ok... gets better by the minute. Woke up this morning. Dead list includes:
Sultan, Gold Nugget, King Tiger and my brand new Royal. ALL dead. As well as my RTC x TSN hybrid. All gone.
I did a water change... added Melafix, Pimafix, Ich meds and salt. Somehow that combination must have killed everything.
