White Spot on my Red Oscar

So yesterday i noticed that my juvi Red has white spots. I did a 25% water change, added 1 tablespoon of salt for every 10 gallons and raised the temperature to 85F or 25C. My questions are, Do i need to add more salt today? Is what I'm doing right? Or should i just buy my fish medecation? And whats the best cure for white spots (Ich)?
