White Spot on Piranha

I discovered a white mark on my 10in rhom this morning. I am guessing it is a parasite but not sure. Attached are a couple pics. He is in a divided 180g tank with another piranha and is 16.5years old so I need to be extra careful. The first two pics it is clear, but from there it is hard to see.

I was thinking of treating with prazipro but not sure if that will help. Thoughts?

He obviously has very bad HITH which I have posted about many times and cannot get rid of, and looks like he has developed some sort of gap at the top of gill which I am guessing is just from his age.

I had the same thing on my red belly, he also had a bout of hith. I used coppersafe and fed krill soaked in Epsom salts. Cleared the spot and healed over the hith.

how long has he been with the other piranha? If its not a newer addition a parasite would be kind of odd. Can you get a closer picture?

Looks like the white spot is gone. My guess is that it was just some sort of scrap that healed itself. Busy putting him on a fast with the hope of treating him again for the HITH. Will try NLS HEX. I have been trying to retreat him multiple times but he has refused to eat on consecutive days the last several times I have tried to treat.
