White spot on the eye

Hi

my channa bleheri has got a white spot on one of its eyes. Its very small and looks kind of like a glare. Is it serious and can I cure it? hes living with a hoplo and a pleco which should mnage what ever I stick in there... I've been gone for 5 month though so I dont know how long its been like this

it depends on where the spot is. if it is outside of the lens it will probably be easier to cure.

Inside the lens could be a bacterial infection or fluke.

it looks to be on the outside, in the middle of the eye.very very small and I think its not as shiny as they eye itself

its a parasite at least from the description my friend had one of those in his dat and it was like a worm but to cure it you get a parasite killer (general one ) then use as directed then hopefully it will be gone!!
