I attached a couple pictures of my fish who has a spot above his eye. It started out white now it is starting to turn a pinkish red. Is this ick or something else? And Should I use the ick cure (Salt, Raise Temp)?

I just seen that my other foil barb has it too on his fins. Their the only two that have it in the tank. Is there a remedy I could use to get rid of it?

How many do you have? They may be biting each other, that's kind of how it looks in the pic.

Looks like a fungus to me......pimafix/melafix, salt, and you should be fine. Just up the airation in your tank while you do. Don't want a lack of o2 in the water.

if it was ich
then your CLs would have been the first ones to get it
it looks more like fungus to me
tetracyclin does a good job at ridding fungus quick

I have two of them. The other one just has a white spot on his fin

With only 2 there's a good chance one is harrassing the other and the damage caused a fungal infection. Fungus preys on injuries. It's not necessarily a big issue, if you have good water quality it will often heal on its own.
