i have white spots on my aquarium rocks that seem to have came up over night, it looks like white toothpaste stains what could it be, im kinda worried?

Photos? They're not ich if you are thinking they are because ich cannot be seen by naked eyes alone unless they embed themselves in their hosts' epidermis.
