ich? Heat at 86 plus 3 lbs of salt per 100 gallons kosher is fine!

increase water temp to 86F, add salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) leave light off, should go away in a few days, slowly lower temp back to the way you had it. Ive always kept my tank at near 85F.

Keep temp elevated for 10-14 days to wipe out the ich b/c it can be in the egg stage in your substrate.

Yes, you can. Just be sure to replace the amount of salt per the amount of water replaced.
