My leapord Ctenpoma has round white spots on his fins. There bigger than ick though any ideas?

Is it possible to get a picture, a couple of things come to mind when I think of a white spot bigger than ICK. Or at least describe it as best as you can.

Could you also tell us about your tank? Tank parameters, tankmates, tank size- it may help.

ALso is the fish showing any other symptoms? Coordination problems, stopped eating?

I couldnt get pictures bc u have to look really close to see it. Tank is 120G 76D. Nirates 20 Nitrite 0 ammonia 0. The spots are hard to see you have to look super close. He eats normal and act normal. None of the other fish in the tank are showing these spots. Wondering if its just how he is. Hes around 6 years old.

Tank mates are one angel fish, sen. bichir, parrot fish, peacock eel, brown knife, blue ram, dojo loach, and a few bristlenose plecos.

Are they spots or are the fins started to fade to a white color

When I looked today on the fins there are lines and some are white lines and spots but there hard to see he has to be directly under the light when his fins are against his body you cant see the white anymore. Just under direct light. Ill try and get a pic today. Note this is only on maybe 15% of the fin not much.

I cant get a picture it wont show up. My parrot fish does seem to have some ick but only 3 dots that I see. Im wondering if its fungus on the leapord

Update I have a feeling the cloudy white things on his fins are normal bc they look the same everyday and I even took him out of the tank to get a better look and I couldnt even see it anymore its not spreading or getting worse.
