white spots on sting rays?

i recently added 3 motoros, and they have white specks/dots on there disc.

Is this lice?

It might be just small specks in the sand. it seem like its only the two (inactive) rays that have them on it. But the other two rays that swim around don't have anything on it.

Any pics? If its lice, they are big enough for you to see a crab/insect like creature. If that is the case, you need to treat your tank with dimilin. If its actually just small white specks, its due to your water quality, a couple good water changes should do the job.

x2 we need either good pics or you need to look closely to see if they are moving and have legs and what not.
