white spots

i just notice that my flower horn has two white spot on its tail fin. i kind of looks like pimpble, i know it cant be ick. any advice on what it is and how to cure it. right now i treating it with salt, melafix, and the temp is at 88 degree. sorry no pic, thank

Need more info, there are several possible causes, from fungus, parasites, scarring, granulomas, or even viruses. Please describe the size, speed of developement, texture of spots (ie. raised, rough, smooth, slimy, etc.) pics would help.

the spot are soft, i try to remove it by hand but it just wont come off. it dosent seem to bother the fish, hes eating well and swimming fine.

While it is possibly gas bubbles or an embedded parasite it sounds more like some type of tissue scarring, this is fairly common. Just keep an eye on it, watch for more growths, increase in size, or rapid changes.
