what is the best way to treat? It looks like white and stringy with round balls ,hour glass shape .the medicated food they spit out.

Before assumptions are made is the stomach big or small? Isit still eating other food? How long has this been going on for? Isit stressed? Did you try Epsom salt? Did you recently moved the fish? Does it still pooh solids?
stomach is sunken in, wont eat, going on for too long . the fish is sick tried general cure didnt work .need a medicine that works

i got a flowerhorn with the same problem...but 2 days ago he start eating after a month with out eating /
rd I will try that and hope you are you are right .From what I read about it some are bacterial and some are parasite which need antibiodic but I am no expert all help I thank you for.I will try what you said tonight and pry it works I love this fish he made me many babies and really still hasn't fully reached his protential.
