White stringy worms floating in the tank..smh

hi guys just noticed last night when one of my pacus grazed the gravel and all these white stringy worms started floating around..their not sticking to the glass...could it be planaria which i know only sticks to the tanks glass..? looks weird...im almost scared to put my hand in the water...if what ever it is i know i have to do a water change again but is there any meds i can put in the tank without it harming my fish?..oh i did add salt and bump up the heat...any help is appreciated!! thanks!

It sounds like planaria to me! They hid in gravel too. Pics would help better if you could get good ones. Others just do more frequent water changes and feed less

ok thanks ill post some..but the thing is their longer than the little ones seen on the glass..
