White stuff on aquarium glass

ok so i have this white stuff inside my aquarium its easy to rub away. I just did a 60 gallon water change like 6 days ago, im not sure if its early signs of ich or what. I found a picture on another forum that looks exactly whats on the inside of my tank. can anybody help? heres the link http://www.myfishtank.net/forum/fre...mation-questions/54774-white-stuff-glass.html. Ive had them on a diet of market shrimp recently maybe thats residue i have no clue. The end of that thread says its harmless and goes away I just want your guys opinion

Ich is microscopic so you cannot see them with naked eyes. I wouldn't worry about it. It tends to be food residue, calcium deposits or anything else in the tank. Just not harmful in general.
