White stuff on my Australian Lungfish!

Appeared a week ago or so. Appetite of the fish seems to have taken a hit as well. It used to be a voracious water but now it eats very little.

White stuff comes off easily and leaves a beige patch. It seems to be spreading to the rest of the fish's body.

Fish is about 18" in length.

Hoping someone can tell me what it is as Google hasn't helped much. Recommended meds would be great. Thanks!

I'm no expert but it looks like a fungus of some sort.
Let's see if Aquanero Aquanero knows more.

I would start with Methylene blue and depending on your water parameters you could add either Triple sulfa or Furan 2 Nitrofurazone/Bifuran. In really stubborn cases Kanamycin could also be used. Start with the Methylene blue first and see how that does. Keep us posted on progress and we can adjust depending on results.
