White Stuff?

I have had my flowerhorn for over a month now, he has settled in nicely, is eating very well and is very tolerant of the spotted pim and 2 small convicts that are with him.
His hump has grown and seems very comfortable.

However I am still noticing white poop but not everytime and does look mildly swollen like he just ate all the time.

I have only been adding epsom salt to flush out his digestion system but am think of actually medicating.

Does anyone know what this might be? Also what should I treat with?
He seems fine but am worried of parisite or something.

Any advice much appreciated.

just change the water regularly ,
that would be fine .

I do a 40% weekly change in the 38gal he's in, filtration is an ac110 and an ac 20.

Params are normal, ammo 0, nitrite 0, ph 7.2, and nitates 10ppm.
