white substance???

hey soo i have this lily pad plant or something related
and it's starting to have like this white substance with maybe air bubbles? inside. ( it kinda looks like eggs??)

so i'm just wondering if.... i should take the plant out and clean it? or leave it?

also another question! ( didn't want to make another post)

i recently dropped about 6 crayfish into my tank for my LMB ( largemouth bass) to eat but their not eatting it, but i saw that 2 of them are mating?!!? ( i know their mating cuz i looked it up on google lol) soo my question is.....

should i take them all out before they possibly die and ruin my tank or leave them there untill my LMB decides to take them out for lunch??

If they are in fact mating, I'd say they're fairly happy and I'd leave them. Plus, you'd get the bonus of baby crawfish that the bass might actually eat.
