White tiny spots on my Dat's Fin

I noticed 2 small white spots on the fin of my thin bar dat.. one spot is on the edge of the fin and the other one is actually in the fin.. its been the same size of spots for the past week.. fish act normal and eats well; color is great also.

I am not sure what it is.. but none of my other fish has this syptom.

I did a water change last night and added some salt.. I have Pima and Mela at home, not sure if they will help..

any advise and tip?

I do water change 2 times a week.. and never give any feeders or live food.. i am kinda worry now.

Ick maybe.... salt and raise temp to like 86

I dont think it looks so serious, but just in case add some aquarium salt in
