White translucent spots on Green Terror

My female Green Terror has developed white translucent spots on her fins. The photo is not the best but you can see them at the rear of her dorsal fin and her tail.
Any ideas? Also, the orange on top of her dorsal fin is almost all gone. Could that just be from her male being ruff with her?

The spots turned into holes on her fins. She has been in a 20 gallon hospital tank now for about a week getting daily water changes and salt treatment.
Any ideas?
