White worms

I noticed this morning that my freshly molted crayfish has 3 tiny white worms on her head between her eyes. They're very tiny and almost look like hair. How can I stop these worms from infecting anyone else in the 45g community tank the cray is currently in? And what are these things? The cray isn't in any distress, had a successful molt, eating well, etc

It's a symbioc worm that cleans the shell...found on most in the wild
