Notice my tank have some white worms lately. Its so SMALL/TINY and stick to the glass. Its like (.) but if you'll look closely you'll see them moving.

Can Clown Loaches trim those white worms ?

Water change get rid of all gravel... clean all ornaments..

My tank is 5x2x2 , Barebottom, Two powerheads with two 5ft OHF.

I do WC everyweek (40%). Already replaced white filter media but i still see some white worms. I feed my fishes once a day with MP only and i scoop all uneaten foods.

I had the same problem a year ago they are planarians reduce feeding do water changes the worms will reduce as water quality improves best of luck

You got a dirty tank,
when you clean really get into your gravel.\
The worms can disappear after a week, but you need to keep up with cleaning often or else they will come back.

i dont have a gravel...i do wc every week around 40%.

They are a type of nemotode or roundworm. Most don't hurt your fish but they are hard to get rid of. A very clean tank does help. I do think my loaches eat them and misqueto fish love them.

Apparently its not enough, or your filtration isnt cutting it... i notice my tank doesnt have worms...

at least they aren't deaedly:D but yeah reg. tank cleaning will do wonders;), those worms also come from water being placed in when giving fish feeders

i used to buy ghost shrimp as a treat fot my cichlids and i was looking at one closely one time and noticed a long white worm about an inch long living inside the shrimp. clearly it was parasitic and i quit using shrimp as feeders really quick. i looked closely on the sides of the tank and i noticed a few worms on it. i used the jungle parasite medication and it cleared them out within a week. it probably isnt a bad idea to throw some salt in there as well about i tsp a gallon is what i usually use whenever i have any doubt of infection or parasite
